Dear CKSD Families,

Every year, Central Kitsap School District applies for federal Impact Aid funding. These funds compensate CKSD for the loss of local tax dollars from tax exempt federal property.

The results of our Impact Aid survey help support our request for these federal funds. This survey is critical to our district’s resources for students.We must receive information from each student. 

You can also complete the form online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal as soon as possible. The online form is in English. If you prefer to complete a paper form in Spanish or Tagalog, you may pick one up at your school. Translation services are also available to help complete this form by calling 360-662-1734.

If you have an elementary student and have never used the Parent Portal, see our instructions for first-time users:

Complete the online form 

1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

2. Select your student's name in the blue bar at the top of the screen. 

3. Click “Forms” in the left menu. 

4. Click on the “[Central Kitsap] A  - Impact Aid Program Survey” link. 

5. Fill in all required fields. 

6. Click the submit button. 

7. Repeat steps 2-6 for all students.

First-time users 

If this is your first time logging in, your username is the email address we have on file for the primary guardian of each student. To request your password: 

1. Navigate to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

2. Click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link.  

3. Enter your email address in both the “Parent Username” and “Parent Email” fields.  

4. Check your email for your password and login instructions.
